Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-oriented Account Manager Sales Closer to join our team and support a leading financial services company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales environment, values relationship-building, and is eager to grow within a performance-driven, collaborative culture. You will play a key role in engaging potential clients, closing new business, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the financial services landscape, client needs, and the solutions offered to effectively guide prospects through the sales process.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to pre-qualified leads using a company-provided phone system, building trust and clearly communicating the value proposition.
- Email Follow-ups: Send personalized, strategic email communications that include product information, service benefits, and next steps for engagement.
- Pipeline Management: Use a provided list of warm leads to maintain a robust and consistent outreach strategy, ensuring timely follow-up and lead progression.
- Consultative Sales: Qualify prospects, identify pain points, and present tailored solutions, guiding potential clients toward the best-fit offering.
- Sales Closure: Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to final agreement, coordinating necessary documentation and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine pitches, optimize processes, and contribute to strategy improvements based on team feedback and performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily huddles, share insights, and stay aligned with team goals and updates.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles-experience in financial or service-based industries is a plus
- Comfortable handling high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven with the resilience to handle objections
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales software platforms
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn, share, and grow
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Preferred, not required)
