Black Dome Holdings LLC is a U.S.-based real estate investment company focused on acquiring, developing, and managing high-potential residential and commercial properties. We specialize in value-add and opportunistic strategies that deliver strong returns to our investors. We are actively seeking a Capital Raising Associate to support our fundraising efforts and expand our investor base.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential investors through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand investor pipelines.
- Deal Pitching & Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive investment proposals, pitch decks, and financial models.
- Clearly articulate the investment thesis, projected returns, risks, and exit strategies for real estate projects.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Provide regular updates on investment performance, market trends, and new opportunities.
- Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Work closely with legal and financial teams to structure investment terms (equity, debt, preferred returns, etc.).
- Negotiate and finalize investment agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Closing Investments: Drive the deal process from initial contact to capital commitment and closing.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of investors and coordinate with the finance team for fund disbursement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and investor preferences.
- Adjust fundraising strategies based on market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in raising capital for real estate (private equity, REITs, syndications, or development projects).
- Strong existing network of HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills (ability to close high-value deals).
- Deep understanding of real estate finance, investment metrics (IRR, ROI, CoC), and legal structures.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and investor management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (MBA/CFA a plus).
