We’re expanding and seeking ambitious, market-savvy Real Estate Agents to drive high-value transactions in some of New York’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Mastery: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the client industry, competitive landscape, and product offerings to effectively educate and sell to clients.
  • Daily Outreach: Conduct high-volume daily phone calls using the company’s
  • phone system to build relationships, pitch, and close sales with investors.
  • Email Campaigns: Send well-crafted daily emails to prospective clients
  • Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities, enhance offerings, and implement creative strategies for growth.
  • Exceptional Service: Act as a brand ambassador by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Represent luxury-class and high-potential residential properties.
  • Work directly with investors, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Collaborate with BlackDome’s acquisitions and renovation teams to understand project timelines, value propositions, and ROI.
  • Conduct virtual property showings, open houses, and coordinate high-end client tours.
  • Provide expert insight on market trends and neighborhood dynamics in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.
  • Support investor onboarding and property marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in residential or luxury real estate sales.
  • Strong knowledge of NYC markets (especially Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens).
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (Must have).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Nice to have).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or in a similar real estate role.
  • Comfortable managing high call volumes and nurturing customer relationships.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the resilience to handle objections and rejection.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software to manage sales pipelines and track activities.
  • Creativity and adaptability to propose innovative sales strategies and process improvements.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow through feedback, training, and collaboration.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for contributing to shared goals in a fast-paced environment.
